About Me

I believe healing is personal, and that each of us deserves to be seen, heard, and supported as a whole person.

As a Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Nurse Coach, and Independent Reiki Master and Teacher, I bring together nursing, coaching, Reiki, and patient advocacy to support people through the many challenges that can come with health, healing, and everyday life.

My own journey has deeply shaped the way I care for others. Living with chronic illness and autoimmune disease for more than 20 years, navigating anxiety, and parenting a child with healthcare needs have given me firsthand insight into how overwhelming and complex the healthcare journey can be.

Through nurse coaching and advocacy support, I help individuals and families clarify their goals, prepare for appointments, understand care recommendations, ask meaningful questions, and feel more confident advocating for themselves or their children. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in informed, evidence-based decision-making.

I also offer Reiki sessions for relaxation, balance, and personal well-being, along with Reiki training, attunements, and continuing education for those called to explore a deeper spiritual path.

Whether you are navigating a health challenge, seeking greater balance, supporting your child, or exploring Reiki, I am honored to walk alongside you—creating space for clarity, connection, and whole-person care of the mind, body, and spirit.
